Whimsical design for a kids cooking brand

Minipantry asked me to help prepare them for fundraising with a brand identity and packaging mockups that would appeal to kids and their parents.

Think "Hello Fresh" for kids with cooking kits and easy-to-use ingredients.

Leveling up

The founder already was selling at farmer's markets, so my goal was to help get her ready for online DTC sales and hopefully grocery store shelves!

Their flagship product: Zapcakes!

These are microwavable instant cupcakes, made with kids who are sensitive to food dyes in mind. Extra care was put into selecting sprinkles that were just as fun as the artificially dyed version.

With these cupcakes on hand, parents of kids with sensitivities don't need to stress so much about having alternative treats available for special occasions.

One of the big reasons founders have to rebrand is that their logos don't work in a variety of situations and sizes, so maintaining consistency with flexibility is key
